Delivery
We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of your order and the location to which it is to be delivered. Some items are delivered directly by the supplier, in which case we will inform you of this and the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.
After you place your order with us, we will contact you to provide you with an idea of when the order can be delivered to you. However, due to occasional circumstances beyond our control, we may not be able to deliver the product within the arranged time, in which case we will inform you as soon as possible to notify you of this.
If we have your order in stock or if your order is in stock with our supplier, we aim to have it with you within 7 working days of the time of your order. If your order is out of stock with our supplier or if we are tailoring your order to your specific requirements, we aim to have it with you by a minimum of 6 weeks or a maximum of 12 weeks. We will inform you of an estimated delivery time at the time of order. If for any other reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will inform you as soon as possible but we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order. Alternatively, you may choose to collect your items from our Store. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are intending to do this. Please note we only deliver to addresses within mainland England, Scotland and Wales. It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your home. Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them. A signature is required at delivery.
By placing an order with us, you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf at your delivery address if you are not present at the time of delivery. Under exceptional circumstances, you may be able to give instruction explaining if and where you would like your order to be left if no one is expected to be present at the time of delivery, such as with a neighbour.
You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages. If there is, please make that aware to the delivery person, who will make a note on the delivery document. If however, you notice that the product is damaged after delivery has been made, you must contact us immediately and certainly within 48 hours of the delivery being made.
Title of the product will pass to you once you have received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment. Risk of damage or loss of the item then passes to you.

We offer free UK delivery and can deliver your order directly to your door, regardless to its’ size, type, weight or dimensions.
